Payroll

If the data you provide is accurate, and on time (according to the schedule we agree on) and your account is sufficiently funded, your payroll tax deposits and filings will be on time and accurate or we will pay any payroll tax penalties.

Accounting and Income Tax

I will prepare records and Income Tax Returns based on information you provide. If that information is complete and timely, if I make a mistake, I will pay any penalties assessed.

No completion guarantees on Tax Returns for clients who contact me after April 1 for personal returns or after March 1 for business returns.
