OR  --   Why you should have ME doing YOUR Payroll!

            See the special offer below!

If you are like most business owners, you long for the "good ole days." Remember when you first started your business? Everything was about growing the business - making it succeed!

But, as time passed, you got bogged down with paperwork, paperwork and still more paperwork - the time-consuming administrative "red tape" that prevents you from focusing your attention on the "business" of your business - growing your business!

The worst problem - Payroll. Even experienced business owners find payroll is a PAIN in the you-know-what!

For starters, you've got to keep track of payroll regulations and changes in withholding tables - a time-consuming task. Calculating the actual payroll amounts and deductions is equally stressful. And your deposits BETTER be on time. It's so easy to make a mistake - and to complicate things, you may not discover the mistake until weeks, or even months, later, when you get that ominous letter!

Then, there is the additional paperwork of all those proper quarterly and end-of-year filings for federal, state and local income taxes, federal and state unemployment taxes, workers' compensation reports and reconciliations.

And when you do make a mistake - the consequences can be devastating! Employee morale - when they find a mistake on their check or W-2 - they may "forgive" but they never "forget." You will hear about it forever! And, if you think employee consequences are hard, think about IRS! File late or with an incorrect amount and you will receive a notice of penalty, and perhaps interest to boot! Every year, 4 out of 10 small businesses pay an average in excess of $800.00 for payroll errors. When you add it all up, that billions of dollars in the US.

Plus, there are new laws being passed that require the employer to have, and be able to produce, upon an employee's request. California, I am told, just past a law imposing a $750.00 fine on small businesses that cannot produce the information an employee requests. In our society, there are certainly more laws coming to benefit the "little man." It will be in your best interest to have your "ducks in a row."

When you consider the penalty potential and the value of your time, processing payroll in-house can be verrrrrry expensive!

My service guarantee is very simple - "If your payroll information each week is accurate and on time (with the schedule we agree on) and your payroll account is fully funded - I will pay any payroll penalties. It will be right - the first time - or I pay the penalties." Period.

The beginning of the year is the best time to outsource your payroll! Doing it later will involve more paperwork because employee(s) history(ies) will need to be dealt with. January 1 is a clean, fresh start in the year.

How do you get started? That's easy - call me - 410-658-6748 or 443-553-6247. OR, drop me a note and tell me to call you - trmiller@zoominternet.net

AND, if you mention that you "read it here" I will process your first month's payroll at NO CHARGE! Offer expires January 31, 2005!
